Auto Renewal

Auto renewal is when the subscriber agrees that they will have a seamless experience year to year with Rubber Chicken Cards.  If a member no longer wants to be on, it is very easy to cancel.  Please log into your account, go to "My Account" "Join or renew" and look to the bottom of the page for the link to "Edit Subscription."

There is a clear description of our auto renewal policy when you sign up for a Free trial.  Here's what is says: "For your convenience, your trial membership will continue automatically after the 10th day. If you do not wish to continue you may cancel any time during your ten day free trial. In addition, for your convenience, all subscriptions will continue on a yearly basis unless you contact us to cancel. You can simply and easily cancel your renewal at any time."

Sometimes a charge does not show up on a bank statement for a while, and we understand this.  We are very lenient in our policy of giving a refund if the date of the renewal has slipped through the cracks.  We, however, do not refund from a year or two years ago. That is the responsibility of the subscriber to have read the policy upon signing up or, at least, look at bank statements to see that they were charged.  Of course some people don't like the idea of an autorenew.  You can sign up for the autorenew, which is a default and then cancel the account.  You will still have the full year.

Please see the attached map of where to go for clarity.
